So I head to the local "community centre" based gym. Actually, it's the Port Elgin Racquet Ball club that has a gym in it.
Warm up with some stretches, 5 minutes on the treadmill, then to the pullup bar. Bang out 15, then 15 HSPUSs. As I hop off the wall I realize that the gym has stopped to look at me. The whole gym. All 12 people haha.
Some of the "bigger" guys approach me soonafter and ask me to play on their rugby team. They play for the Bruce Barbarians lol. I replied with "but I'm pretty small, you guys are big cats." With a shrug and with his Irish accent he says "it's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog."
