CrossFit Oshawa- High Performance Agreement:
I agree to always give 100% in the gym and outside of the gym. Through this agreement I am making a commitment to the High Performance Programming, including everything it entails, and also to myself. I understand the side effects will include: becoming a better athlete, getting stronger, and that I will be able to handle any task thrown in my direction. I am agreeing to carry myself in a positive manner and with a positive attitude not only towards CrossFit, but towards my life. Herein I will not ever use the word "Cannot" or any derivative of the word. I agree to believe in myself and in others, I also agree that greatness is only ever achieved with great sacrifice.
