COUTURE ON PROVING NAYSAYERS WRONG:

Randy Couture:

Couture served his country well in the U.S. Army from 1982-88. After the service, he enrolled at Oklahoma State where he was a three-time NCAA Division 1 All American and two-time NCAA Division 1 runner up in wrestling.
Beyond that, Couture was also a three-time Olympic team alternate, just missing the cut in 1988, 1992, and 1996. He has noted that if he had been successful in achieving his dream of making the Olympic team, he might never have decided to try his hand at MMA.
He is now a hall of fame athlete fighting in the UFC, he has held the title on 5 different occasions... in 2 different weight classes, the only fighter to ever do this. He is now 47 years old and is still fighting in the UFC.

    Kept it easy today, Shoulders are pretty fatigued. Either from Monday's OHS or from holding the gun up for what seems to be hours haha.

    Focused on bringing the bar around me knees while the butt down. Skill is better but need to get way faster now.
