2mins: 2 rope climbs
3mins: 3 rope climbs
ect... go until failure

after your last rope climb you are getting on the rower and rowing 2Km NOT FOR TIME!..... However, if your row takes longer than 8:00mins (9:30mins for ladies) you are doing 50 burpees for time.
