Monday 101025

We are now on an OFF week!
I know it said a REST week in your emails but I meant OFF week. This means we are OFF of our programming until thursday. You may follow other programing (ie mainsite, however do not go too crazy this week). We will have a wod posted for thursday, then I would like everyone to participate in Fridays Team wod (everyone should aim to be there for 5:30pm). Next week-end will be off and we will resume our programing Monday, November 1st. Just like we came into the programing in september, I expect everyone to be fresh for monday.

Some good idea's/opportunities for this week:
-work on mobility through following The Mobility WOD (I will be posting some mobility wod's everyday until thursday)
-Get a massage: I have a great athletic massage therapist for everyone to use JUST ASK.
-Get some Chiropractic Treatment
-if you go to yoga or pilate's be aware of the harassment you will receive. lol.
-ie have a nice little "Mattie" week.
