Mark Coaching Gabe
I would like to organize a skill session (probably on a saturday) where mark and I would coach The snatch one saturday then the clean and jerk the next saturday. We would not do any real weight just a skill session. The only thing different about this skill session is mark will bring his camera and film the session, then we will plug it right into the gym television and make critiques so you can actually see yourself, then we'll hit the platforms again to work on that technique. My guess is we would work for 30mins watch film for 15-20mins and work again for about 15mins.
